RETURNS

If for any reason the product you ordered was not the product you received, you will receive a full refund when it is returned by courier or parcel post. All products are proofed and pre-approved before production.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

All international shipments are handled by the client FOB through a 3rd party delivery service.

 

How do I return an item?

 

The item should be re-packaged for shipping. We will arrange for the package to be picked up and returned.

 

What is your returns policy?

 

If you do not receive the product you ordered, you can return it immediately without use. 

How do I track my order?

 

You can track an order using the tracking number and trace it on the 3rd party delivery company or couriers.

 

How can I contact your couriers?

 

Couriers are contacted online for package tracking and other delays that may occur.

 

What are your delivery options?

 

You may use whatever delivery service you wish to use. We normally use UPS and FedEx.
